**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As an Associate at PwC within Corporate Tax services, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in meeting their tax obligations and managing the impact of tax on their businesses. Your role will involve advising clients on both local and overseas tax matters, serving as a strategic consultant for business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing. Additionally, you will help organizations understand pricing implications between related parties and provide guidance on tax implications of deals. Your focus will be on enhancing clients" tax function to control risk and improve decision-making processes, including tax strategy, compliance, post-tax profits, and application support for optimal corporate tax practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide end-to-end support to onshore teams throughout the engagement life cycle. - Assist onshore team in identifying opportunities and managing risks related to new scope of services. - Create contract documents such as Engagement letters and Statements of Work (SoW). - Support onshore team in updating client/job codes accurately as per BU/OU requirements. - Analyze Work in Progress (WIP) and generate internal and client invoices. - Review invoices prepared by third-party auditors. - Conduct self-review of deliverables before submission to Supervisor. - Utilize available resources to enhance process knowledge. - Contribute to team discussions and share knowledge for mutual benefit. - Understand and follow assignment instructions; seek guidance when necessary. - Recognize personal and team responsibilities, aligning actions with objectives. - Demonstrate attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and effective time management. - Maintain confidentiality of client, staff, and firm information. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA degree. - Strong technical background; prior experience in offshore practice is advantageous. - Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. - Proficient in analyzing information, data entry, attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness, general math skills, and reporting skills.,
