We’re looking for a driven and people-first individual to build GrowthStudioz’s talent presence across India’s top campuses. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, spots talent early, and can build scalable engagement programs. You will be the driving force behind creating a dense pipeline of future designers, marketers, content creators, and digital talent for GS.
Have 0-2 years of experience in campus recruitment, community building, HR, or brand partnerships.
Are outgoing, resourceful, and great at building rapport with new people.
Are passionate about youth culture, hiring, and creating opportunities for others.
Can manage programs and events independently.
Are structured, organized, and great with follow-ups.
