Job Description

As a Campus Recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talents from various educational institutions. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with universities and colleges to attract potential candidates for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and create strategies to engage with students and graduates effectively. Conducting on-campus events, career fairs, and information sessions will be part of your regular activities to promote our company as an employer of choice. Your role will involve screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessment tests to evaluate candidates" skills and qualifications. You will also provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience. In addition, you will be required to maintain recruitment documentation, analyze recruitment metrics, and provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies.
