Job Description

Work Location - Mansarovar, Jaipur 5.5 Days Working Day Shifts Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, or related field. * 1-3 years of experience in campus coordination, Recruitment, Admission, Career Counselling. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to travel to different campuses as required. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with placement officers, faculty, and student bodies at colleges and universities. * Plan and organize campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and information sessions. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Hiring Managers) to define hiring needs and scheduling. * Represent the organization during campus events, pre-placement talks, and interviews. * Identify top-performing institutes and develop engagement strategies accordingly. * Track and report on campus hiring metrics, event participation, and candidate conversion. * Act as the main point of contact between the organization and campus stakeholders. * Handle pre- and post-recruitment activities including offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding support. * Assist in employer branding initiatives on campus.
