Position Overview:

Campus Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges and universities on a daily basis to plan and execute foundation events and programs.
• Coordinate with campus Public Relations Officers, faculty, and student coordinators to organize activities.
• Manage event logistics, scheduling, and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with university administration and campus representatives.
• Represent SJ Foundation professionally during all campus interactions.
• Identify new opportunities for collaboration with educational institutions.
• Prepare event summaries, student participation data, and feedback reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Social Work, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in campus engagement, university relations, or event coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, dynamic, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently across different campuses in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
• Passion for social causes, sustainability, and youth engagement.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience working with NGOs, CSR teams, or educational outreach programs.
• Experience handling multi-campus coordination and student events.
