Campaign Operations Supervisor in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign planning & execution:
• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, KPIs, budgets, and target audiences.
• Shortlist, negotiate, and onboard influencers across social media platforms.
• Team supervision & coordination:
• Manage and guide the influencer operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assign responsibilities, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Influencer relationship management:
• Maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
• Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Provide influencers with campaign briefs and creative direction.
• Performance monitoring & reporting:
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Monitor influencer content for accuracy, brand compliance, and engagement.
• Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Operational excellence:
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams (marketing, design, legal, finance)
• Oversee timely payments and contract management for influencers.
• Maintain databases of influencers, campaign details, and performance records.
• Coordinating with influencers (if required) & primarily with internal team.
