Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager who can assist in the Planning, Execution, and Optimization of our digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

The role will include conceptualizing, drafting, and executing campaigns on various platforms.
Formulate segments & target pipelines suited to each of the categories and campaigns.
Running campaigns on Paytm properties and other digital paid media.
Measurement of campaign performance and maintaining performance data.
Coordinating with various stakeholders for creatives, campaign segments, data analytics, etc.

Requirements:

Promo- Operation

1. Seeking an individual with 1+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Operation.

2. Good understanding of Marketing Automation tools like Clever tap etc.

2. Strong Hand Holding of CT campaign, Segmentation & Dashboards

3. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams

4. Strong ownership of outcomes.

5. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, Experimentation approach and communication skills.
