Job Description – Campaign Marketer (Female Preferred))

Role Summary:
As a Campaign Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that align with the company's business goals. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, events, etc.) targeting B2B SaaS clients.Design and manage marketing calendars, ensuring timely rollout of campaigns.Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create compelling campaign assets and messages.Analyse campaign performance metrics and report insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.Coordinate with vendors and partners for event marketing and co-branded campaigns.Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.Maintain budgets and timelines for campaigns.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.✅ Minimum 1 years of experience in campaign marketing, preferably in the IT or SaaS industry.✅ Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and digital platforms.✅ Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.✅ Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media platforms, Google Analytics).✅ Creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.✅ Female candidates preferred.
