Job Description

The Campaign Manager will support Cognizant's North American Field Marketing Team by planning and implementing client-facing marketing programs, including digital campaigns for demand generation. This role involves content development, distribution, account-based marketing, partner marketing, paid media, and social media. As the Campaign Manager, you will oversee program activities from concept to execution and reporting. You will define and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the brand, engage clients, and drive qualified leads. Creating engaging landing pages, developing sales enablement assets, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders are key responsibilities. Collaboration with Cognizant partners, thought leadership teams, and sales leadership is essential to syndicate thought leadership and reach target audiences. Managing the marketing budget, ensuring asset quality aligned with branding guidelines, and optimizing ROI through data analysis are crucial aspects of the role. Minimum qualifications include a B.A. or B.S. degree, 8 years of B2B or professional services marketing experience, and proficiency in executing integrated, account-based, and demand generation campaigns using MarTech tools. Experience with sales automation tools like Salesforce, AI marketing tools, and project management skills are required. Strong communication skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and strategic alignment are also necessary.
