Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across

  Clevertap, MoEngage, WhatsApp, PN, SMS, RCS

  , and other relevant platforms
• Build and manage

  360° customer journeys

  and automation flows within Clevertap
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns with audience targeting and A/B testing
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and share actionable insights
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to align campaign objectives with business goals
• Maintain high data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all channels

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in

  campaign execution / CRM marketing / martech

• Strong command over

  Clevertap

  (mandatory), with proven experience in setting up full lifecycle journeys
• Hands-on with

  MoEngage

  ,

  WhatsApp Business

  ,

  Push Notifications

  ,

  SMS

  , and

  RCS

• Excellent understanding of segmentation, personalization, and campaign analytics
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with other marketing automation platforms or customer engagement tools
• Knowledge of retention and re-engagement strategies in B2C environments
• Familiarity with compliance standards like GDPR, DND, and opt-in regulations
