Job Description:

1 - 3 years of customer facing experience as Customer Support, Technical Support Engineer.

Knowledge of Tanzu products or Core Networking, Virtualization.

Knowledge of L3 and L2 Protocols (TCP, UDP, ARP, DHCP, ICMP, IPv4/IPv6, VLAN Concepts, VLAN Tagging)

Technical proficiency:

Strong understanding of computer operating systems, network protocols, software applications, and hardware components. Problem-solving skills:

Ability to analyze technical problems, identify potential solutions, and implement them effectively.

Communication skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication to clearly explain technical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge

You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal skills), with demonstrable customer communication and coordination efforts, and the ability to take complex technical ideas and translate them to non-technical stakeholders Should be willing to work in 24*7 rotational shift. (Includes APJ, EMEA and AMER shifts)
