Job Summary:

Technical Support Executive

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot application issues, perform routine maintenance, and serve as a liaison between end-users and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level technical support for .NET-based applications with Oracle backend.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and data inconsistencies.
Monitor application logs, write SQL queries to investigate issues, and identify root causes.
Coordinate with internal development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Manage and prioritize support tickets using Anomaly Register.
Document issues, solutions, and FAQs to enhance the knowledge base.
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment validation.
Ensure system uptime, availability, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Train end-users on application functionalities and best practices when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
13 years of experience in technical support or application support.
Proficient in writing and debugging
SQL queries
and PL/SQL scripts.
Experience with
Oracle database
writing SQL queries.
Familiarity with support tools (ticketing systems, log monitoring tools, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
