The Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. Daily tasks will include maintaining customer databases, recording customer interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support. Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and databasesStrong organizational and record-keeping abilitiesAbility to handle and resolve customer queries effectivelyMin 2-3 years of exoerinece.
