About the Role

We are hiring a Telecaller Executive who can lead conversations with clarity and confidence and support our digital operations through structured calling and outreach. This role is ideal for someone who is well spoken, understands communication flow, and can think with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and customers as part of digital outreach activities.
• Ensure high quality conversations with clear articulation and professional tone.
• Understand customer intent and route queries to relevant internal teams.
• Maintain call logs, follow ups, and basic CRM entries with accuracy.
• Work with the digital team on campaigns that require calling support.
• Share insights from conversations to improve outreach efficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken communication with clarity and confidence.
• Strong conversational etiquette and the ability to handle different customer types.
• Ability to grasp information quickly and communicate it with precision.
• Comfortable with high volume calling.

• Preferably 1 to 2 years of calling or call centre experience.

• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
