This role is ideal for someone who is well spoken, understands communication flow, and can think with speed and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and customers as part of digital outreach activities. Ensure high quality conversations with clear articulation and professional tone. Understand customer intent and route queries to relevant internal teams. Maintain call logs, follow ups, and basic CRM entries with accuracy.
