Job Overview We are hiring a Calling Executive for Caratlane Panvel Job Profile- Calling Executive Location - Shiva Ji Chouk Panvel Navi Mumbai Salary - 20-22K per Month Experience - 1-2 Years Job Responsibilities · Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote products or services. · Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and data collection. · Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system accordingly. · Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally. · Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Collaborate with the sales team to strategise and optimise cold calling efforts. · Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product development. Qualifications · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient. · Knowledge of CRM software and telemarketing best practices. · High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
