Call Quality Auditor


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate

    admission counselling calls

    for quality, accuracy, and adherence to communication guidelines.
  • Identify gaps in

    product knowledge, tone, and compliance

    , providing actionable feedback and training recommendations.
  • Maintain call audit reports and track quality trends over time.
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve

    student interaction and conversion effectiveness

  • Contribute to developing and updating

    call scripts, quality checklists, and communication frameworks

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in

    call quality auditing, training, or process improvement

    , preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Strong analytical, listening, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    and call monitoring tools.
  • Willing to work on-site at NIMS University, Jaipur.
