Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Executives in a call center (Sales Voice) environment, with a focus on achieving business targets and KPIs.
Conduct daily team huddles to set objectives, track progress, and ensure sales quotas are consistently met.
Motivate, guide, and manage team members by allocating daily tasks, monitoring manpower requirements, and controlling attrition and shrinkage.
Provide regular feedback, identify knowledge gaps, and conduct coaching sessions to enhance team performance and productivity.
Manage performance monitoring, goal setting, and continuous development of sales representatives.
Analyze sales performance data, prepare reports, and forecast trends to support business growth and decision-making.
Preferably fluent in Telugu with 5+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years as a Sales Team Leader in a call center sales (voice) process

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years overall, including 3+ years as a Sales Team Leader in call center (voice outbound sales) process.
BPO / Call Center / Inside Sales with strong exposure to sales-driven voice processes.
handling, sales coaching, performance monitoring, data analysis, and achieving sales targets.
leadership, ability to manage attrition & shrinkage; good English communication with
Telugu language preferred
