Attain calls and queries and address them to a particular department. 2. Patient calls and follow ups. 3. Maintain data into excel sheets. 4. Arranging courier 5. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the companys products and services 6. Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities. 7. For night duty male candidates- Airport pick up on weekend.
