Job Description

The responsibilities for this role include answering or making calls to clients in order to understand and address their needs, complaints, or any other issues related to products or services. It is essential to respond efficiently and accurately to callers by explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing any situations involving angry clients are also part of the job scope. Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members is crucial, and this should be based on trust and reliability. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The job offers benefits such as Provident Fund and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift. The ideal candidate should have a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education background, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred. The work location is in person.,
