Job Title: Operation & Network Executive  Location: Chennai (WFH) Reports to: AGM- Operations Salary Range: 4-5 LPA Job Summary: The Operations & Network Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities, coordinating between ambulance operators, users, and the call center team to deliver reliable and timely services. The role involves expanding the ambulance network, onboarding and training partners, monitoring trip performance, handling payments follow-ups, resolving operational issues, and supporting negotiations. About Dial 4242: Dial 4242 is India’s leading medical transportation service, committed to transforming the way emergency healthcare is delivered. With a tech-driven platform and the largest ambulance network in the country, we are dedicated to making emergency medical transport more accessible, reliable, and efficient. By bridging the gap between healthcare providers and those in urgent need, we’re reshaping the landscape of emergency medical services across India. We’ve recently raised ₹9 Cr in funding from IAN Investors, enabling us to scale our operations, expand our tech infrastructure, and drive even more impact across the country. As we grow, we are looking for dynamic and visionary candidates to lead our next phase of growth. Responsibilities:  1. locate and Interact with private ambulance operators in identified cities to expand our ambulance network. 2. Train the Ambulance owners and their staff to do the Ambulance trips using our Dial4242 mobile App. 3. Interact with the call center for the regular ambulance trips happening. 4. Follow up with Ambulance operators and users for any payments they owe to us. 5. Assist the call center to negotiate the rates with Ambulance operators for any type of trips or events. 6. Monitor the progress of critical trips happening especially the outstation trips. 7. Interface with Users, call center, Ambulance owner/staff for any issues happening and resolve them. 8. Timely escalation of issues beyond your control to senior management. 9. Attend all the mandatory meetings and provide status updates on your activities. Must have- 1. Good communication skills. 2. Ability to multitask. 3. Should be able to adapt to the startup culture. 4. Availability on Whatsapp & calls during business hours. 5. Must have their own laptop. 6.
