Job Title: Staff Nurse (Project-Based Role) Location: HMEL’s Guru Gobind Singh Refinery, Bathinda, Punjab Project Duration: 1 Month (Starting from 7th Nov) Salary: ₹ 28,000 (In-hand) Working Hours: 12-hour rotational shifts (1 Weekly Off) Job Responsibilities: Provide nursing care and medical support to employees and staff at the refinery site. Assist in handling first aid, emergencies, and occupational health cases as per site protocols. Maintain patient records, treatment logs, and daily medical reports. Coordinate with doctors and paramedical teams for smooth healthcare operations. Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies. Support periodic health checkups, medical camps, and wellness activities if required. Adhere to all safety, health, and compliance guidelines at the worksite. Requirements: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification (must be registered with the Nursing Council). Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (industrial or OHC experience preferred). Willingness to work in rotational 12-hour shifts. Good communication and basic computer skills.
