1. Monitor and record patients’ vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. 2. Administer prescribed medications and ensure correct dosage and timing. 3. Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other medical procedures as instructed by a doctor. 4. Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, mobility. 5. Operate and maintain medical equipment (e.g., oxygen, feeding tubes). 6. Observe patients’ health conditions and report any changes to physicians or family members. 7. Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. 8. Educate patients and caregivers about disease management and home care practices. 9. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of care provided. 10. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the patient.
