Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while effectively managing inbound and outbound calls. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a professional demeanor during all interactions.
  • Input and update customer information in the database with attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy through proficient data entry skills.
  • Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services during calls, contributing to overall team goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and offerings to provide informed support.
  • Perform cash handling duties as required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Engage in outbound calling initiatives as needed to follow up on leads or provide additional support.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills are essential for data management tasks.
  • Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy during calls.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
