Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, or inquiries.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication “scripts” and standard procedures when handling calls.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies.

Ideal Candidate

  • Must have good communication Skill.
  • Must have a good knowledge in MS office tools especially in MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge about customer care activities.

Qualification: Any graduate/MBA
Experience: 0-2 Year
Location: Kochi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
