Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, related to appointments and other medical services professionally and efficiently. Answer Inbound Calls related to medication refills, Orders, lab and test results and taking in messages for the doctors office. Making outbound calls related to appointment confirmation/cancelling and rescheduling with providing information about (Appointment date and time, location and physician to be seen). Provide accurate information about healthcare services, clinic hours, policies, and procedures. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Enterprise Practice Management (EPM) in the Practice Management System. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Document all interactions in (EHR) or healthcare-specific platforms. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using (EHR) in Practice Management System. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Requirements Excellent communication. Basic knowledge of Word and Excel. Tech Savy and knowledge of CRM tools.
