Call Center Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing detailed product information. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Care & Support
• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and queries efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Query Resolution
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Log and follow up on customer queries and complaints until resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Product Explanation
• Clearly explain features, benefits, and usage of products/services to customers.
• Guide customers through product selection or troubleshooting steps.
• Stay updated on all product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service/call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language].
• Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
