Experiment with growth loops (referrals, gamification, incentive-based programs). Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize for CAC, LTV, and conversion. Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align marketing with growth goals. Lead content strategy – blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and thought-leadership campaigns. Explore partnerships, collaborations, and event marketing to strengthen brand presence. Requirements 3–5 years of proven experience in Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing. Strong knowledge of Web3, Blockchain, and Crypto ecosystems. Hands-on expertise with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, CRM tools. Experience in community building and social growth strategies. Data-driven mindset with the ability to design A/B tests and growth funnels. Creative thinker with excellent communication & storytelling skills. Prior experience in a blockchain/Web3 startup.
