Product Knowledge: Explain product features, terms, and new offers Sales/Upselling: Identify sales opportunities and promote products/services.  Core Skills & Requirements Communication: Excellent verbal and active listening skills, professional tone. Technical: Proficiency with call center software, databases, and CRM tools. Behavioral: Patience, empathy, strong problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Process Adherence: Following scripts, company procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).  Typical Duties Summary A call center role is about being the first point of contact, resolving needs efficiently, creating positive experiences, and contributing to business goals through excellent service and support.
