Key Responsibilities: Academic Advising: Help students choose courses, understand degree requirements, and create educational plans. Student Support: Address academic difficulties, personal issues affecting studies, and provide interventions when needed. Resource Referral: Direct students to relevant campus resources, support services, financial aid, and other help. Workshops & Orientations: Conduct sessions on study skills, college readiness, and new student orientation. Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success. Record Keeping: Maintain confidential student records and track academic progress. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in counselling or a similar role. Skills: Strong communication, active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge: Understanding of educational systems, curriculum, and college admissions processes. Experience : 3 + Years ( Preferably From Animation and VFX Industry/Education Industry)
