Job Title : Call Center Executive Department : Call Center Location: Sharda Care - Healthcity, Greater Noida Salary : 20,000 35,000 per month Work Type : Full-time | Rotational Shifts About Us: Sharda Care - Healthcity is a modern multispecialty hospital committed to delivering compassionate and high-quality healthcare. We are seeking experienced and service-driven Call Center Executives to be part of our patient engagement and service excellence team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy. 2. Schedule OPD and diagnostic appointments efficiently using the hospitals system. 3. Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, consultants, timings, and facilities. 4. Manage follow-up calls for appointments, feedback, and patient reminders. 5. Maintain call logs and service records as per department protocols. 6. Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth patient communication. 7. Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant departments and ensure timely resolution. 8. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner 9. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics 10. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives 11. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise 12. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile 13. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way 14. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level 15. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets 16. Requirements and skills 17. Previous experience in a customer support role 18. Track record of over-achieving quota 19. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening 20. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices 21. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types 22. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively 23. graduate degree. 24. Excellent communication 25. Hospitality background is plus points 26. Inbound & outbound skills Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Experience : 3+ years in a hospital reception, clinic, or healthcare call center environment. Education : Graduate in any stream (regular course). Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Computer Skills : Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospital information systems (HIS) preferred. Shift Timings: Rotational shift basis (Morning/Evening/Weekend shifts applicable) Preferred Attributes: 1. Strong interpersonal and listening skills 2. Customer-focused mindset with a calm and composed demeanor 3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure 4. Familiarity with medical terms and hospital workflows is a plus
