Responsibilities

This job is provided by apna.co Key Responsibilities:Answer a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls in a professional manner.Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot problems with products or services.Document all customer interactions accurately in the computer system (CRM/Dialer).Follow communication guidelines and company procedures for handling calls.Meet daily performance goals for efficiency and customer satisfaction.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department when necessary.

Requirements
