Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instruments Calibration Specialist, based in Baddi. The role involves calibration of instrumentation to maintain accuracy, conducting troubleshooting activities to resolve technical issues, and performing regular preventive maintenance. The specialist will also contribute to ensuring optimal performance and reliability of equipment. Collaborating with the research team to improve processes and equipment efficiency is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Instrumentation and Calibration skills
Experience in Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment or system issues
Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices and techniques
Ability to conduct Research for process improvement and enhancing equipment performance
Attention to detail and ability to work on-site in a professional manufacturing environment
Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field such as Electrical or Electronics Engineering is preferred
Previous experience in similar roles or within the power backup or instrumentation industry is an advantage
