Store Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstation. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Customer Service Assist customers with basic queries and ensure a friendly customer experience. Maintain a professional attitude while handling customer interactions. Inventory & Stock Management Assist in managing stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor. Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Compliance & Safety Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines. Follow grooming standards (clean shave, proper uniform, and shoes). Teamwork & Shift Coordination Work collaboratively with team members for smooth operations. Adapt to rotational shifts as per schedule. Training & Development Attend and complete the 10-day training program. Participate in periodic assessments to qualify for salary increments.
