Job Summary:

Caf Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the caf, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
Drive sales and monitor key metrics such as ASPD (Average Sales Per Day) and wastage control.
Recruit, train, and supervise caf team members to maintain service and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and FSSAI hygiene and safety regulations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
Prepare and analyze caf performance reports and share them with the Area Coach/Regional Manager.
Support HR and Operations in onboarding, transfers, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:

Education:
Graduation is
mandatory
(any stream).
Experience:
24 years in caf, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality management.
Experience in managing a team and handling store-level operations is preferred.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude.
Basic financial understanding (sales tracking, cost management, inventory control).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
