Job Description

• FEM calculation and optimization of sections • Functional verification and validation of sealing systems (sections and molded parts) by using numerical simulation methods • Expert in area of non linear numerical simulation • Safe handling with the software tools: ANSYS Workbench, CatiaV5, MS Office • Good knowledge in the field of engineering mechanics. • Good knowledge of the properties and behavior of rubber and thermoplastic materials • Profile development/optimization according to the customers requirements like CLD, Assembling Forces, 3D behavior • Theoretical investigation of the technical, functional problems occurred on the real parts • Finding of solutions for appearing problems and Implementation of such solutions directly in the CAD-models. • Support the product developer in make decisions regarding the technical solutions Candidate Must have: Proficiency in Ansys Workbench , CATIA V5 (Specially in Generative shape design), AutoCad & Microsoft office.
