Job Description

Responsibilities: Research and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products. Sketch and prototype backpack concepts and features Select and source materials, fabrics, hardware, and accessories. Create and update technical specifications and drawings. Collaborate with the sampling team and sample master's to ensure quality and feasibility. Test and evaluate backpack prototypes and samples. Present and pitch backpack designs and ideas to internal and external stakeholders Follow and maintain our brand guidelines and design standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, fashion design, or related field 3+ years of experience as a backpack designer or similar role Portfolio of previous backpack design projects Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Sketch Knowledge of backpack materials, fabrics, hardware, and accessories Knowledge of backpack production methods and processes Ability to sketch and prototype backpack concepts and features. Ability to create and update technical specifications and drawings. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate effectively and present design ideas.
