Job Opportunity: #CAE Moldflow Engineer Location: Noida Immediate Joining Required (or within 1 month) About the Role: We are currently seeking a talented CAE Moldflow Engineer to join a prominent client in the Home Appliance Industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience specializing in Injection Molding Analysis using Autodesk Moldflow software. Responsibilities : - Perform Injection Molding Simulations using Autodesk Moldflow to analyze and optimize plastic part designs for home appliances, such as enclosures, internal components, and control panels. - Evaluate and improve mold designs to optimize cycle times, reduce material waste, and ensure high-quality part production for consumer-facing products like kitchen appliances or electronics. - Conduct warpage, cooling, and filling analyses to ensure product quality and performance. - Collaborate with suppliers to ensure optimal mold designs and cost-effective, scalable manufacturing processes for high-volume production. Qualifications : ✔Diploma or B. Tech, or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. ✔ 1-2 years of experience in Injection Molding Simulation using Autodesk Moldflow. ✔ Strong analytical skills and understanding of plastics materials and molding processes.
