Job Description

As a Brake & Suspension CAE Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to focus on Strength, Durability, and NVH aspects in conducting CAE Analysis. This entails creating finite element models of Vehicle Chassis components such as Brake, Suspension, and Steering subsystems. You will be tasked with applying loading and boundary conditions for structural, thermal, and modal analysis, with a particular emphasis on brake components. Your duties will involve conducting CAE Analysis, correlating results with actual tests, interpreting outcomes, and compiling detailed analysis reports. Key Responsibilities: - Efficient execution of CAE activities for model development, Value Enhancement, and Quality resolution projects at various product development stages. - Participating in troubleshooting, proposing countermeasures, and supporting their implementation. - Assisting the design team in generating and evaluating weight and cost reduction proposals. - Supporting the improvement and development of CAE methodology. Qualifications: - Good understanding of the functioning and design of Chassis parts, especially brakes. - Capability to perform virtual validation by interpreting physical test conditions. - Knowledge of Noise and Vibration, Fatigue, and Theory of Elasticity. - Proficiency in FEA, analysis at part, sub-system, and vehicle levels. - Experience with tools like Hypermesh, Hyperview, Estech Sequal, ABAQUS, and Solver MSC Nastran for NVH analysis. Desired qualifications include experience in Brake parts NVH, Structural CAE, and familiarity with Suspension & Steering CAE. On the behavioral side, you should possess strong analytical abilities, effective communication and presentation skills, problem-solving skills, a goal-oriented mindset, active team player qualities, and good networking skills.,
