Troubleshoot instrument faults and breakdowns to minimize downtime. Design, Installation and Commissioning of Control loop as per site requirements. Knowledge of project activities from initial stage to commissioning stage for instrument activities (Site Execution, PLC Programming and Control Philosophy). To maintain the documentation like a logbook, breakdown report, material consumption report etc. Knowledge of Failure analysis of all Instruments. Prepare and maintain the spare and consumable list. Perform the PM activities according to the plan uploaded in SAP. Knowledge of SAP for PM, and MM Modules. Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and maintenance procedures. Collaborate with cross functional team during plant shutdowns and start-ups. Support production teams in resolving instrument issues affecting operations. Stay updated with new technologies and maintenance best practices. Knowledge of kaizen for improvement equipment efficiency in plant. Knowledge of environment, safety and occupational health hazards related to plants operations. Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and proficient in analytical and troubleshooting skills.
