Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting Brake & Suspension CAE Analysis focusing on Strength, Durability, and NVH aspects. This will involve preparing finite element models of Vehicle Chassis components including Brake, Suspension, and Steering subsystems. You will apply loading and boundary conditions for structural, thermal, and modal analysis, with a specific emphasis on brake components. Your tasks will include conducting CAE Analysis, correlating results with actual tests, interpreting results, and preparing detailed analysis reports. - Efficient execution of CAE activities for model development, Value Enhancement, and Quality resolution projects at various product development stages will be a key part of your role. - You will participate in troubleshooting, propose countermeasures, and support their implementation. - Additionally, you will assist the design team in generating and evaluating weight and cost reduction proposals. - Your support in improving and developing CAE methodology will also be expected. Desired qualifications include: - Experience in Brake parts NVH, Structural CAE, and familiarity with Suspension & Steering CAE. - Strong analytical abilities, effective communication and presentation skills, problem-solving skills, a goal-oriented mindset, active team player qualities, and good networking skills are essential for this role.
