Position: CAE Analyst Job Code: CAE_ABAQUS_014 Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced CAE Engineer specializing in static simulations of automotive interior components. The role involves conducting simulations, preparing technical reports, interacting with customers, and leading simulation activities within the team. Candidates with strong product knowledge of door trims, instrument panels, and center consoles , and hands-on expertise in ABAQUS are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Perform static load case simulations for automotive interior components such as door trims, instrument panels, and center consoles. Develop and manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of simulation results. Follow established simulation methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency and quality. Prepare detailed simulation reports and effectively communicate results to clients. Collaborate and coordinate with junior team members , providing technical guidance and support where required. Participate in customer interactions , presentations, and discussions to explain methodologies, results, and recommendations. Required Knowledge & Skills: Strong expertise in ABAQUS , with hands-on experience in static simulations of automotive interior components. Solid product knowledge of door trims, instrument panels, center consoles, and related interior systems . Proven ability to interact with customers, present findings, and manage discussions effectively. Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal). Experience in material calibration and characterization is an added advantage. Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). Master’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering (preferred).
