We are seeking a passionate and experienced NVH Testing Lead to join our R&D team. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) testing for our product- Suspension systems on Component and Vehicle level. The ideal candidate will bring technical depth, hands-on rig and vehicle testing expertise, and leadership in analysing and resolving NVH challenges across chassis and suspension systems. Role & responsibilities Lead NVH testing activities across development stages component, sub-system, and full vehicle. Plan and execute NVH tests as a part of product development on bench level and vehicle level as per request from stakeholders. Coordinate usage of NVH rigs (e.g., Semi -anechoic chambers, Multi axis Corner simulators, 4 Poster Vehicle Rig) for precise diagnosis and tuning, characterize component function/physics to link it with NVH attributes. Collaborate with design, CAE, and quality teams to provide actionable recommendations. Develop test plans, analyse time-domain and frequency-domain data, and prepare comprehensive reports. Guide junior engineers and work with suppliers for instrumentation, sensors, and test software. Interface with OEM clients and internal stakeholders to align NVH targets and deliverables. Required Skills & Experience 8 to 12 years of hands-on NVH testing experience in automotive product development (preferably chassis/suspension). Proficiency in tools like Siemens LMS, Brel & Kjr, Dewesoft, or similar. Strong understanding of NVH signature analysis, road load data acquisition, acoustic transfer functions, and isolation techniques. Working knowledge of relevant standards (ISO, SAE, OEM NVH specs).
