Cad Engineer - Seat Structure

Job Title: CAD Engineer - Seat StructureWe are seeking a skilled CAD Engineer to design and develop seat structures and seat foams. The role involves working independently with cross-functional teams and suppliers, liaising with engineering to ensure timely CAD release, and supporting the validation of geometric integration at the vehicle level.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop seat structures and seat foams.
• Work independently with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers and engineering to facilitate CAD release within specified timing.
• Support and validate geometric integration of CAD at the vehicle level.
  

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in seat structures and foams.
• Proficiency in Catia V5, including workbenches for part modeling, surface design, assembly, and drafting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of 3DX is advantageous.
• Experience with tools such as Vis-mockup and MS Office is desired.
• Good knowledge in problem-solving techniques.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and with diverse cultures due to extensive international customer interaction.
