Job Title: REVIT BIM Specialist Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled REVIT BIM Specialist with an exceptional understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and BIM, with the ability to create plans, sections, and elevations. This role requires familiarity with family creation, including nested, system, and adaptive families, as well as hands-on experience in view templates, documentation, and annotation. The specialist will integrate telecommunications system components with building design and use BIM software tools such as Revit and BIM360 effectively. Responsibilities Develop and manage BIM models using Revit and BIM360. Create detailed plans, sections, and elevations. Design and create various families, including nested, system, and adaptive families. Apply view templates, documentation, and annotation techniques. Integrate telecommunications system components with building designs. Ensure compliance with BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow. Essential Skills Exceptional understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow. Proficient knowledge of Revit and BIM. Experience in creating plans, sections, and elevations. Familiarity with family creation, including nested, system, and adaptive families. Hands-on experience with view templates, documentation, and annotation. Proficiency in using BIM software tools such as Revit and BIM360. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience in integrating telecommunications systems with building design.
