CA/CPA-IFRS US GAAP - Senior Manager

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager with 12 to 15 years of post-qualification work experience to lead our team in setting up multi country statutory reporting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Support kick-off discussions, understand technical aspects of delivery, and conduct FTE analysis. Analyze change impact assessment and RACI. Lead the statutory reporting engagement and ensure timely completion. Collate and review accounting information, including data gathering and GAAP bridging. Review process documentation and checklists to ensure compliance. Monitor engagement economics and attend weekly calls to track progress. Manage service delivery, client and escalation management, and people management. ### Job Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/Cost Accountant CWA with at least 12 to 15 years of post-qualification work experience in financial reporting. In-depth knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS is essential. Proven capabilities of setting up multi country statutory reporting operations, process, and client management. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with strong client and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, aspirational, and result-oriented with hands-on experience in any ERP, preferably Business Central. Experience in managing global clients and their accounting processes is preferred. Exposure to international assignments on F&A Transitions, Auditing, Consulting, or other engagements is an added advantage. End-to-end knowledge of accounting processes and accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP). Proficient in understanding Statutory Reporting process, GAAP Bridging & Financial statement preparation. Experience in process gap analysis, transition, and delivery management. Conducting basic statutory reporting review through IFRS/US GAAP checklists. Experience working across geographies such as EMEIA, AMERICAS, APAC, etc. Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Very good work organization, initiative, and commitment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
