Role & responsibilities Scope includes the Design Engineering of all LV cabinets and cable harness in the WTG, developing new cabinets and cables and implementing new technologies. Provide wind turbine system expertise through all phases of product development, from requirements definition through design and development, validation and product life-cycle support Make design calculation. Create all needed Documents and drawings for each component like Specifications, circuit line diagrams, single line diagrams, production drawings, Reports, Test specifications, etc. Make all complementary documentation for the components before installation (installation manual and service manual etc). Close Cooperation within P&T and with the cross functional Project teams. Participate in Design and document release reviews. Communication optimization to new technical standards Plan & organize technical program reviews and participate as a presenter or reviewer. Managing key interfaces across systems and ensuring key CTQs in product and technical requirements are addressed. Create and maintain the BOM for components and sub-assemblies, understand the product life cycle of the components, spare parts allocation, BOM review, Master data for components etc. Prepare Validation test plan and follow-up on executing the test cases on time at the intended locations. Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks, in consistency with engineering policies and procedures. Technical support and co-operation with the shopfloor/ project team during prototype assembly and testing and ensure prototype functions are fully accordance to design. Participate in supplier potential audits and FAI together with supply chain Quality to ensure the specification and requirements are met (as per agreed specification and ITP). Support production / NPI to secure an effective introduction to series productions. Ensure 100% compliance to QMS processes, components and their use to international codes and safety standards /project /customer requirements Preferred candidate profile 6-8+ years of work experience in cabinet design 6-8+ years of work experience in cable harness design

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience in sheet metal design , Millwork/ Wood working/ Furniture Design / High end door design/ Material handling equipments / Machine design / Cabinet design , product development , and 2D CAD tool like Autocad & 3D CAD tool like SolidWorks. You will be responsible for transforming ideas into detailed designs, collaborating across teams, and ensuring that products are engineered for performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability. Roles and Responsibilities Design electrical systems, including control panels, MCCs, and single line diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN Cogineer, and other relevant software. Create cable tray layouts and GA drawings for power distribution networks. Develop BOMs (Bill of Materials) and prepare electrical drawings according to project requirements.
