Do you see precision as an art form We're seeking a Millwork / Cabinet Designer who blends creativity with craftsmanship to turn architectural ideas into functional, beautiful spaces.In this role you will translate architectural plans into production-ready millwork and cabinetry, working closely with architects, designers, contractors, and fabricators to ensure designs are buildable and meet project intent.

• Lead design documentation from concept through installation.
• Create detailed, manufacturable shop drawings and millwork packages.
• Collaborate across teams to balance aesthetics, cost, and constructability.
  

Your Mission

• Turn architectural plans into detailed, buildable millwork and cabinet designs.
• Review and refine shop drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Apply knowledge of materials, joinery, and finishes to create durable designs.
• Develop detailed millwork drawing packages for prototypes and rollouts.
• Partner with designers, contractors, and fabricators for smooth execution.
• Evaluate supplier quotes, optimize designs, and support decision-making.
• Keep projects on trackmeeting timelines, budgets, and creative intent.
• Contribute ideas that enhance functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in millwork or cabinet design.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural and construction documents.
• Proficiency with CAD and drafting tools.
• Good understanding of shop drawing standards and production workflows.
• Solid knowledge of cabinet joinery, hardware, and materials.
• A creative mindset paired with technical precision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
