CA: Internal Audit (Fresher)

Eligibility Criteria

• CA Fresher

  or

  CA with

  1 to 3 years of experience

• Articleship completed with a reputed CA firm

  or

  Industrial Trainee experience in

  Manufacturing / Infrastructure / Power industry

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in

  MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with audit tools and techniques

• SAP / ERP knowledge

  will be an added advantage

• Conduct

  pre-audit checks

  of expense bills to ensure compliance with company policies, approval hierarchies, and completeness of supporting documentation.
• Plan and execute

  internal audits

  across various functions including

  Procurement, Finance, material management , Operations, HR, and IT

  .
• Perform

  process audits such as P-2 P process , Hire to Retire Process etc.

  , including walkthroughs, internal control testing, and documentation of audit observations with adequate evidence.
• Assist in

  drafting and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  and evaluate adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Participate in

  special audit assignments

  , including fraud investigations, forensic audits, and whistleblower-related reviews.
• Prepare and maintain

  audit working papers, audit reports, issue trackers

  , and related documentation in line with professional standards.
• Prepare and present

  MIS reports

  related to audit progress, open observations, and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with department heads and auditees to ensure

  timely resolution of audit findings

  and implementation of corrective actions.
