As a Junior Onboarding Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Credit and Business teams. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard partners, cross-verify financial documents, and ensure seamless coordination across various stakeholders and languages. You should possess strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and understand various financial documents such as Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, GST Filings, Bank Statements, and ITRs. - Cross-examine financial queries with Process Heads (PHs) and escalate any concerns or red flags as needed. - Collaborate with PHs and teams in different regions (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, etc.) to facilitate onboarding and address credit-related inquiries. - Assist both Credit and Business teams in aligning their objectives and oversee the completion of all onboarding procedures smoothly. - Willingness to travel for onboarding or verification purposes when required. - Maintain precise records of partner documents and ensure adherence to compliance standards throughout the onboarding process. Qualifications Required: - CA Inter qualified with 1st or 2nd group cleared. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, onboarding, or credit operations. - Proficient in interpreting financial statements and statutory documents. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages are preferred. - Ability to quickly grasp nuances of the M&E industry and various business models. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously.
